Welcome to the Success RX Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating as an affiliate (“Affiliate” or “You”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Enrollment

To join the Program, you must submit an application via our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion. Acceptance into the Program does not constitute a contract to continue indefinitely.

2. Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

Promote Success RX products and services ethically and truthfully.

Avoid misleading or deceptive marketing.

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines, including HIPAA and telehealth regulations.

Not bid on trademarked terms, use Success RX intellectual property outside approved materials, or engage in spam or other prohibited practices.

3. Commission & Payment

Affiliates earn commissions as outlined in our Affiliate Dashboard.

Commissions are paid only on valid sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

Payment occurs [monthly/quarterly] via [PayPal/bank transfer/other].

Success RX reserves the right to withhold payment for suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Make false claims about Success RX products or services.

Violate HIPAA or patient confidentiality.

Use unauthorized advertising channels or methods (e.g., click fraud, bots).

Misrepresent the relationship with Success RX.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately stop using Success RX materials and remove all affiliate links.

Unpaid commissions for valid sales accrued prior to termination will be paid within [30] days.

6. Intellectual Property

All Success RX trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of Success RX. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for promoting Success RX products in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Success RX makes no guarantees of income or results.

Affiliates release Success RX from liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modification of Terms

Success RX may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
